The idea
Between November and April, most Chicago golfers stop playing entirely, then spend May getting back what we lost. The Lion closes that gap and more. A state-of-the-art club with ten bays, open 24/7.
But this is not only an indoor golf club; it doubles as a wellness center, built for golfers. Our strength, mobility, and longevity focus helps on-and-off the course. A full locker room, sauna and cold plunge for the days your body needs more than a range session. Train in the morning, play at night, shower and go to work — same building, one membership.
If you are a serious golfer that already pay for a wellness club, this club will solve your problem. And it stays a club, not a rental counter: the roster is capped at 240 across ten bays, so the bay you want is free when you want it and the people around you are members you'll come to know.

Founding members
Founding members come in pre-construction. When the 75 founders are established pre-opening, membership moves to standard rates.
How reserving works
Today: join the founding list. No payment and no commitment — places are held in the order people sign up.
Once the lease is signed: we come back to the list in order with a $1,000 deposit request. Deposits go into an escrow account, separate from club funds, so they cannot be spent on the build. Yours is returned in full on request at any point before opening day, and credits against your $2,000 initiation if you join. No dues are charged until the club opens.

No. Joining the founding list is free and non-binding. A $1,000 deposit is only requested once the lease is signed. It goes into an escrow account rather than a club operating account, so we cannot draw on it to fund construction, it is returned in full on request at any time before opening day, and it credits against your initiation if you join.
Every deposit is returned in full from escrow. Joining the list commits you to nothing, a reservation is not a binding membership contract, and you are not investing in the business — you are holding a place in the founding roster at a fixed price.
The roster is capped at 240 members across ten bays. The cap exists so prime evening and weekend times stay bookable, and it will not be raised to chase revenue.
Yes. Founding members receive 4 guest passes a month, and additional guests. The Den can be reserved for larger private events.
